Four steps, no checkout

519 Supply runs on requests and DMs. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you pick a size.

1. 01

   Send a request

   Pick your colour and size on the product page, add your name and the platform you use, then send the request. Nothing is charged and nothing is reserved yet.

2. 02

   We confirm by DM

   You get a message on Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok or by phone confirming the piece is available, the CAD total, and a meet-up window.

3. 03

   Pay on handoff

   Interac e-transfer before the meet-up, or cash in person. No online payments and no card details are ever collected.

4. 04

   Local handoff

   School meet-up, drop-off or pickup around Orangeville. We agree on the spot and time over DM before anything moves.

Questions

Are the pieces authentic?

Every piece is inspected before it is listed and again before handoff. If something isn't right, it doesn't get listed.

Do you ship?

Not right now. Everything is handed off locally around Orangeville.

Can I hold a size?

Sizes are held once a request is confirmed over DM, not when the request is first sent.

What if my size is sold out?

Send a request anyway through the contact you use and mention the size — we'll let you know if it comes back in.
