What we collect

• When you send a request: your name, the contact handle or phone number you give us, your handoff choice and any notes.
• When you open a support ticket or leave a review: your name, contact and message.
• For security: your IP address and approximate country when you send a form, so we can stop spam and attacks.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange and record your purchase, keep sales and tax records, and protect the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Cookies and storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your bag, your support ticket and your cookie choice on your own device. Signing into the staff area uses a secure sign-in token.

Where it is kept

Your information is stored with our secure hosting providers, which may process data outside Canada. Only Seb and Noah can see it.

How long

We keep sales records for 6 years, as Canadian tax rules require. Support tickets and security logs are deleted once they are no longer needed, usually within 12 months.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Use the Questions button and we will reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
