Who we are

519 Supply is a small independent reseller based in Orangeville, Ontario, run by Seb and Noah. We resell Fear of God Essentials clothing. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Fear of God or Essentials.

How a sale works

• Sending a request from your bag is not a purchase and does not charge you. It asks us to hold the items.
• A sale is only made when we confirm the items, total price and handoff with you by message, and you agree.
• You pay at or before handoff by Interac e-Transfer or cash. We never ask for card details on this website.
• We may decline or cancel a request, for example if an item sells out or a price was listed by mistake. You will not be charged for a cancelled request.

Prices

All prices are in Canadian dollars. The total we confirm with you is the full price, including any taxes that apply. "Regular price" shows a typical retail or market price for comparison, not an official manufacturer price.

Condition and authenticity

Every item is described as accurately as we can, including its condition. We stand behind the authenticity of what we sell. If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us within 7 days of handoff and we will review it and refund you if we cannot show it is genuine.

Handoff

We hand off locally around Orangeville by school meet-up, drop-off or pickup, at a time and place we both agree on. Please meet in a public place. Anyone under 18 should have a parent or guardian's permission before buying.

Returns

See our Returns & Exchanges policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

Discounts and deals

Discount codes and bundle deals are applied to your total before you send a request. Each code has its own limits (minimum spend, number of uses, expiry). Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and we may end a promotion at any time. Next-order credits are applied to your next confirmed order only.

Using this website

• Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you about your request.
• Do not misuse the site: no spam requests, fake reviews, abusive messages, attempts to break or overload the site, or access to areas that are not meant for you.
• We may block requests, messages or reviews that break these rules.
• Photos, text and design on this site belong to 519 Supply or their owners. Brand names belong to their owners.

Reviews and messages

Reviews are checked before they appear. By sending a review or support message you let us show or use it to run the store. We may remove any review or message.

Privacy

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any item is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by things outside our control.
