Check before you pay

You can look at the item at handoff before paying. If it isn't what you expected, you don't have to buy it.

Wrong size? Contact us within 7 days of handoff. If the item is unworn, unwashed and has its tags, we'll swap it for another size that's in stock.

Items that are not authentic, or not as described: full refund within 7 days of handoff.
Change of mind: we don't offer refunds, because you can inspect items before paying.
Refunds go back the same way you paid, within 5 business days of getting the item back.
